HERRONDOUS EXPERIENCE. i actually feel like vomiting thinking about it.
I don't think i have ever experience such a ********** behavior from a cashier in my 40 years of existence in this planet. It either she was "high" on something or she is not mentally stable. But there is NO ways that was a normal behavior. Arguing and screaming at me as a customer (for something that SHE has done wrong) - as if that wasn't enough, same behavior towards her manager (after i have called him) in full view of other customers. Wishing PICK n' PAY SPRINGFILED and NOSIPHO all the best. But mark my word - you don't ever run a successful and profitable business with such pathetic and stinking attitude in your team. NEVER !!!

I am NOT accepting your apology. It clear to me , you are not capable of “self-correcting”. Now I understand why your front line staff are behaving the way they are behaving in your store. The incompetency is from the top-down. NO ONE CARES (but it OK). All the best with your KPI’s 👍
