HERITAGE DAY RUINED!

I placed my order at 10:21 today (23/9). At 14:35 it was confirmed as delivered however I have not received my order. I have now been trying to raise someone who can help me with my query, via you App and on FB Inbox, no joy. I got a call from 087 *** 4690, it rang once and then stopped. I received a call at 17:10 to say "you're investigating wit the driver" - a stock standard answer. It's now 17:06 and I have no wine. I don't care about your investigating. I have guests tomorrow, no alternate solution and have been unable to go anywhere in case my order appears. My credit card has been reserved with the payment so I'm out of pocket as well. You have absolutely ruined my Heritage Day!! Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel.
