Henry and his scraming match at Pnp Primrose...discusting service

Good evening....

I would like to complain about the totally inhumane service my elderly mother and brother who is disabled experienced at your Pnp in Primrose...It was friday morning about 9 o clock when they went in to buy bread and milk...both with their masks...The one lady who knows them by seeing them regularly told them to come into the shop, as they entered the shop a man named Henry started screaming loudly across the floor in front of everybody that only one person per family are allowed in the shop and he will throw them out...If they come their again...Firstly he does not know the situation...secondly he has got no manners...thirdly he does not treat people with respect...elders and disabled people...this is very disgusting service and they will definately not shop there again...and neither would our friends since we told them what happened...i would not even give you 1 rating but nothing...
