I have sent a customer complaint through wrt a pack of inedible avo's purchased for R53.

I have sent the same mail twice. And still no reply. All supporting documentation was attached. Do you still have a Customer Care service?

I know that this is a natural product, etc., etc., but to not have the common decency to even acknowledge my complaint is extremely frustrating.
