I must admit that we were on our ends whit with your Pick 'n Pay online team and your new faulty website that the same day it launched dated a next day order to the following week - disgusting work on this. For your online team to tell us that there is nothing they can do is simply not good enough; make your problems ours. That's when after even offering to collect from they Hyper and them saying it would take one day I got so fed up I drove to Cape Gate store and was greeted by your best employee that literally saved this contract - Heinrich the Assistant Manager; it wasn't his job to fix the mess your online team made that actually nearly lost you annual sales of 100k, plus most of my personal shopping too; however, he helped me. The manager was out to Mosque as it was a Friday and I was greeted by a smile and results - that's all a customer wants! I have a leg injury and find it hard to walk (moonboot) but needed to go out and do something in the mall. When I returned Ruthanda the friendliest lady with a smile that goes a mile had already collected half my order for me. What a treasure. To end it off the asst. manager opened a till and actually processed my order for me immediately. This is by far the most outstanding service I have ever had. These employees need recognition for this and even I don't think a review of this caliber is enough justification for how well they treated me. Thank you both and PNP Cape Gate your best branch.
