Health & Safety !!

<p>I wish to report a Health & Safety issue my Dad encountered at P&P Hazeldean Shopping centre on Wed 2016-6-1 at approx. 10:25.</p> <p> </p> <p>“Just to right of till exit, walking parallel towards sliding doors and intending to turn left to enter shopping area.. and then BANG fell backwards in a split second. Floor was like stepping on oil.”<br /> <br /> He fell flat on his back after slipping on the floor. Three staff members assisted him to get back on his feet. </p> <p> </p> <p>I gather there was no Manager present and the incident was not reported. I went into the shop the following day to take photos of the floor and there were still no warning signs up.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHY are there no warning signs in the area where P&P is busy with new floor tiles?</p> <p> </p> <p>WHY was this incident not reported immediately after it happened?</p>
