Health Hazard at Pick n Pay Ga-Rankuwa

I need to report a serious safety hazard. I bought a boerewors at Pick n Pay (Ga-Rankuwa Shoping complex), and I found a ***** bolt inside it. My child could have been seriously injured this is completely unacceptable. This shows a shocking lack of hygiene and biosecurity standards. I expect you to investigate immediately, explain how this happened, and tell me exactly what steps you will take to ensure no one else is put at risk. If nothing is done, I will have no choice but to report this to the relevant health authorities and take further action.
