Head Office ignore emails
Head Office Pick n Pay do not respond to emails sent
I went into your Thabazimbi Store today and experienced the following:
Staff sitting at tills but not opening them
I eventually found a till open – I think the lady operating the till was called Linda. She was very polite and helpful and greeted everyone with a smile
One of my items would not read the barcode and I had to wait for the price to be checked
Supervisors were around the till as I was to be given pensioner’s discount
The till operator rang the till off in error whilst trying to input pensioner’s discount
My card was declined – reason not known as it was accepted by the next shop I went to
The till operator said my account was R650 which I paid in cash
On my return home I checked the bill and found it should have been R603.92 (without any pensioner discount)
The slip shows that had I used a Smart Card I would have earned R3.01 The Smart Shopper card was given to the till operator
I look forward to receiving a refund of at least R46.10 from you
Kind Regards
Jeanie Murray
