Head of Pharmacy stress out senior citizen
Yesterday my 70 year old semi handicap mother went to the pharmacy at pick n pay and was made to wait half an hour for a flu vaccine after which she was told that they could not administer it anyway.

When asked why she was told to wait in a corner till she gets it nobody could give an answer 2hile the person that made her wait sat and continued to smile at my mom in pain.

I asked for the head of the pharmacy and was greeted by a rude and abrupt male who said that that was his pharmacy. When explained the situation he gets confrontational and in a raised and aggressive voice he kept in my opinion screaming at my distressed mother \what do u want me to do? What do u want me to do?"

I automatically asked him if that is how he talks to customers. I was about to get into an argument with him when my mom almost in tears ask me to leave and so we did.

My mom was very traumatised by this incident and spent the rest of the day very withrawn.

I will not accept this treatment by pick n pay towards me and my mom and wonder how many other people are mis treated there.

I hope for this to find itself to the correct people that can take the appropriate action to remedy this problem."""
