Hazeldean square pnp liquor, i cant handle

This is about the pick and pay liquor in hazeldean square. I have never had a pleasant experience there, the staff there always look annoyed to help especially whom ever is behind the till. Reason for writing this is because I feel that you should be having more of a pleasant experience there. The incident specifically that made me not know what els to do but try and voice it here is the last 2 times I whent there. The last time was about 3 weeks ago where i asked for a price on something cause im not planning on spending more than i need for 6 beers, so she ran it up and told be and I said that ill be getting something else. She had the biggest attitude when she now had to find someone to void the beers and that took nearly 15 min witch made it awkward for me as there was a line behind me waiting to pay. But today between 13:30 and 13:50, I took 6 Devils peaks and went to the counter and waited for someone as no one was at the counter. I then saw these nice looking Budweiser bottle openers and asked how much for one... I like to collect these things so I try and make an effort to get them. She said that you get them with Budweiser but she was not sure how many you need to buy. I asked if she could find out cause if it was only one 6 pack then id rather take 6 Budweiser. No one in the store knew so she sent someone to pnp to find out, after coming back and leaving again cause he could not get an answer about 15 min has passed now there was people waiting to pay so to avoid the discomfort of standing there, holding up others and watching the lady behind the counter not care about anything I decided ill ma just pay for the devils peak.

A while later the guy came back and said he thinks just 6... He thinks.

She did not seem at all interested in the customers, and it very frustrating when you cant get a simple thing answered or done, like whats needed to get the bottle opener.

Now to get the thing I have to go back to buy another 6 pack just so I can get the thing cause I could not even imagine what I'd have to go through to get the devils peak refunded and to get the Budweiser.
