Harties PnP keeping their word!

<p>A while back PnP Harties ran out of a certain product that was on special for automated washing machines. We were helped by one of their floor workers who accompanied us to the front desk where our name was taken down in a big black book with the product that they did not have any stock available off. We were promissed we would receive a call when they have the product available and we will get it at the price of the birthday special. I told the wife:"Promisses, promisses". ..</p> <p>Well, a really really long time have passed since then but today we got a call from them, we were able to get 4 units at the price of the special. Allthough I think you forgot about the big black book thank you very very much for honouring your word when someone went through it afterwards and spotted our details instead of staying quiet! I am well surprized and you have earned 5 stars from me and a big THANK YOU!!!</p>
