Harrasment by Pick n Pay security

Pick n Pay ruined my Christmas this year not only did they send me rotten fish which i took back and explained that i had lost my slip but the fish was bought yesterday and this is my regular PnP i shop at everyday. The lovely manager Pat and cashier Olga were assisting me and they went to check the batch number which matched and the manager said its fine they can exchange it for me, when these 2 securities approached me and started talking to me in a rude manner that it wont be exchanged without a slip. I said they checked the batch number and they said they will report the Manager and cashier and they will be fired for exchanging the rotten goods they sold me. The manager of the securities also had attitude talking and walking as if he was the best thing since last bread, i'm not sure when Pick N Pay has lost their value for customers and giving quality services but im livid on how i was treated. It went on that i was detained by the rude securities kept at the door being refused to leave they took the slip from my hands and said i couldnt leave, i explained that it was Christmas and i had left pots as i was expecting a 5 minute thing to make me detained for more than 40 minutes. I'm shocked and horrified on how Pick N Pay Protea North Point is letting their security firm insult customers in this way. So my Christmas lunch was ruined and pots burned and on top of that i was treated in the most distguisting and unprofessional manner by this so called securities and the embarrassment i had to endure standing there detained while my neighbours were walking by and asking whats going on. I doubt i would have been treated like this if i was a white person, I am going to blow the whistle on this and i want justice and this wont just end year, every media place will know about this story. Called the customer line twice and still not feeback till today i have also laid a formal consumer complain and have contacted the imigration office in home affairs because i doubt all of those people have proper work permits. And i will also be laying a formal complain with the Psira Act for the abuse i got from Pick n Pays security team. I await your response as soon as possible
