Harassment for Pick n Pay store card

I am extremely upset with Pick n Pay and will probably NEVER shop there again! I walked into pick n pay at Mall of The South in Alberton Johannesburg with the intention of being there for 5 minutes. IN AND OUT! Only to be approached by who knows who and he works there selling Customers Pick n Pay store cards. AFTER TELLING HIM A NUMBER OF TIMES THAT I DONT WANT ANY STORE CARDS OR CREDIT CARDS he continued to beg me to please give him 5 minutes to see if i get approved. I then had to stop my shopping because this person just refused to give up. Towards the end of this whole process I asked this guy Is this like a credit store card because if it is I DO NOT WANT ONE he advised me that it was not and was merely to save double the points. IVE NEVER CARED ABOUT THE POINTS i can save at pick n pay i shopped there because of the quality i was recieving! He forced me to pay for my groceries with this stupid store card which i was under the impression was to save double points only for HIM TO PUSH THE OPTION "CREDIT" ON THE CARD MACHINE he swipped my card and turns out IT wasnt just to get double points this person signed me up for a card i expressed a number of times that i dont want!!!! I am disgusted with Pick n Pay and im very disappointed that I now have something I SAID I DID NOT WANT but your people continue to hound and beg and follow Customers throughout the shop!

As a result of this whole story Pick N Pay has completely ruined my sunday which is suppose to be a family dad because they jave now caused a fight within my house!!!!!!! Pick n pay has caused such problems today and i am soooo angry about this service delivery that i received. I choose pick n pay above EVERY SINGLE STORE in South Africa and now i will never step foot in a pick n pay nor will i ever recommend one to anyone really. Its a disgrace that you force people to take these things because when you say NO! You are begged and followed around the store making shopping extreamly uncomfortable.

They have caused problems in my house because after realizing that this card was not to just get double points like this man said so and that it was in actual fact a store credit card myself and my husband started fighting to a point where he has now left and im at home alone with our child because i said NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and Pick n Pay staff harrassed me almost to get me to do this stupid application. PICK N PAY im disgusted with this really and actually so sad and disappointed in your company as a brand! Who knew a first class shop behaves like vendors at your car window begging and harrasing customers to get their way!
