Harassment by security

This evening I went to Pick 'n Pay in Rosemead Avenue with two of my collegues. We entered looked down a few isles, grabbed a few things and then made our way towards the toiletries section, minding our own business. As this is a small shop, I took a while to decide what I wanted as the variety was obviously limited. As I was looking, my two collegues were casually having a conversation, during which the security lady literally stood centimeters away from us, not even as she was casually doing the rounds but physically stood ontop of us for a while. I then went to the smaller counter and asked a guy where the manager was, to which he told me, the manager was downstairs. I then went to another guy and asked him where the manager was and he said he was the manager. I asked him why the security was standing on top of me, he said 'I don't know, lets go see' (bearing in mind that he was an Isle away from where all this was happening). We arrived back at the toiletries only to find the security still standing right there. He asked her why she did that and she laughed as if it were a joke she then moved a few centimeters away and continued watching me for a bit. He nonchalantly said oh sorry we have had a lot of thefts in this area. Personally I feel as if she was insinuating that I was a ***** due to her body language and close proximity. This is disgusting as myself and my household have been shopping at pnp for years,I work hard for my money, pay my way and have never ****** from anybody before. Why was she zooming in on us when the store was full of people?! Was it because we were three casually dressed coloured females together? Pathetic really. Horrible experience and total disgrace...
