Harassment and image abuse

Pick ‘n Pay at Jabulani mall. I was harassed by the security and my image was tarnished in the view of the public inside the store. I went to the aisle to get some snacks then I realised I ddnt have enough money on me, I decided to leave my small trolley basket in the aisle so that I can find it with everything and so that I don’t have to start from scratch to pick the items again after I come back from withdrawing more money. I walked out and as I was about to reach the door, the other security ran behind me and even asked the security at the door to grab me. That time the shop is full it’s month end, now everyone at the long tills are looking at me because the security caused an unnecessary scene and made me look like I was doing shop lifting in the eyes of the public. Then the security asks me where are the snacks and the trolley basket I had. I told her it’s at the aisle, then after I made her to look at all the people who are starring at me thinking that I stole. And I then took her to the basket which still had everything in it. She tells me that Pick ‘n Pay doesn’t have cameras at the back that’s why they couldn’t see. But I told her their dramatic scene tarnished my image and I’m well known in the community and they can’t do anything to fix what they made the customers to see and think about me. And how is it my fault that a franchise as big as Pick ‘n Pay doesn’t have cameras? Their lack of cameras is not my problem and it doesn’t justify how the securities handled that experience. Very bad customer experience
