Harassed for Not Being "Disabled Enough"

When I would go to PnP in Malvern I would get harassed by 2 car guards (Mane and Sarel) for parking in the disabled parking though I am very obviously disabled and have a parking permit quite visibly displayed on my windshield. They felt that I did not qualify to park there as I am not bound to a wheel chair. The experiences have been traumatic for me as they said so many obscene things to me like I am "abusing power" and I was called "you people". This has made me stop going to this particular PnP as I would have anxiety every time I needed to park. They made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I have been to many other parking complexes (The Pavilion, Galleria, Southway Mall and Musgrave to mention a few) and I have parked in the disabled parking spot without any issues. In fact, the car guards there are always so eager to assist and have never made me feel less than a human. I am very hurt over these experiences and I never even meant to say anything about it because I didn't want to get the car guards in trouble but eventually decided maybe this would be something PnP would want to address as I don't know whether it's just me in particular they had a problem with or this could have been done to other patrons as well.
