Harassed by customer

I was shopping at pick n pay in v&a Waterfront. Both me and my fiancé were standing in a line when a guy started staring at us in a very creepy way and for a very long time. My fiancé asked what he is looking at and then this guy started shouting at us and insulting us and it went on for about 6 or 7 min In the line. We ignored him but he kept harassing us with his shouting towards us. When we eventually went to the till, the lady helping us told us that he is a regular and he harassed people all the time. If the staff knows about this - how is he still allowed in the shop? He made us very uncomfortable and unsafe.

When we left, the security guy was standing outside. He should have escorted this man out.

I no longer want to be going to this pick n pay anymore because I am traumatized by this.
