Happy out come to a disappointing start

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a PnP product and the store I tried to return the product to. Following that failed attempt at having my matter resolved at store level, I took the matter up with the PnP Customer Care via their website. I received a follow up email and a call the very next day, the fantastic customer service agent Faatimah did the company proud in attending to my issue. Happy to say I have received more than satisfactory response from PnP Customer Care, to my compliant and I'm happy with the outcome. The only thing that still is a disappointment is the manner in which the store handled the situation from the get go. If they had handle it in the manner that corporate did they would have received the rave reviews.
