Happy customer thanks to Nombulelo

On Saturday i went to Pick n Paty at the Pavillion Durban. I only went there for bread however ended up buying a whole lot of things that were on special. When i got to the till the cashier asked me for a smart shopper card well ive never owned i said i dnt have and had no idea that normal pricea will apply since i did not have a smart shopper card and the cashier never explained that to me, anyway after paying i checked my slip and realised everything i bought was normal price so i asked the cashier and she was very rude to me disnt even offer a smart shopper card. She just said there is nothing she can do i must go to customer service. I went there bcoz i wanted to return the items as i did not get the special prices. I spoke to a lady by the name of Nombulelo. She listened to my atory with a smile, she explained my rights to me as a customer and told me the cashier was supposed to help me but she glady did a smart shopper card for me and scanned my items again and she gave me back my change which made a huge difference. I walked out of the store feeling very special that she made sure i walked out of the store satisfied and happy. 5 stars to her and she is the reason my daily purchases will be at pick n pay Pavillion. We need more people like her.
