I am writing today with a happy heart with the service I had received from your manager Vosloo from your company (East Rand Mall PNP)

Not only was he friendly with smiles ... He was on the move fast thinking and willing to help to give us the best.

He advise and pushed for the beat outcome going out of his way to make us happy.

Story: I went on a hunt looking for a hairdryer at the best price . The one I wanted wasn't in stock and the only one in store was the display and it had marks on it. He had advised he will ask for a discounted rate if we wanted to take it. Or we can raincheck if we wanted it from another store.

I said if you can get it discounted I will take it. And he had come back with not only good news of the discount but also the best price ever.

He made me feel like I won the jackpot. I truly was a happy customer.
