Hands-On Store Manager

I would like to commend Tsietsi, the manager at Pick n Pay Fourways Crossing. I was not happy with the service and had asked for a manager, one of the staff members posed as a manager and failed to assist me. I then called the customer care to lay a complaint and was referred to the actual store manager who happened to be Tsietsi and was very polite and helpful. Big ups Tsietsi for being hands-on and coming to my rescue. I wish your staff could learn from you. You are the best. Thank you again.
