handling food without gloves seems okay with this

This PnP has recently been re-done, so I went to check it out. At the deli counter a worker was cutting big blocks of cheddar into smaller pieces with the machine. She wore no gloves and kept touching her face and coughing....I pointed it out to other staff and asked for a manager. He strolled over and just acted in the most bizzare way and said...yes she knows. I took a photo of the staff member but she just shrugged and carried on..then they all started laughing! No wonder the Spar group rules this city.
