Hamburger Buns

Good Morning,<br> <br> I have a complaint about Pick & Pay Musgrave.<br> <br> On Friday I purchased 6 x Sesame Seeded Hamburger buns at a price of<br> R8 something. (these buns were huge). (I dealt with Riaan - one of<br> the managers when ordering these rolls)<br> <br> Today I go and buy 10 Hamburger Buns and I pay R25.00. (Way smaller<br> than the rolls I bought on Friday - infact 1/2 the size of Friday's<br> rolls)<br> <br> I went back to Pick & Pay to complain and they tell me they do not<br> have those same buns and because the ones I bought today are \loose<br> buns"(not prepacked as Fridays - and let me mention - the bakery<br> staff are the ones that prepack the rolls with cellophane type<br> packaging - i have seen them do it.)<br> <br> I find this whole issue absolutely ridiculous. Why the vast<br> difference in size of Hamburger Buns and the huge price difference.<br> How on earth can a person pay more for smaller rolls even though I<br> ordered 4 more than Friday!<br> <br> I am more than annoyed. Obviously I told them they can keep there<br> rolls and I got refunded my R25.00 but I would greatly appreciate it<br> if your can maybe find out why there is such a vast size and price<br> difference.<br> <br> Thanks/Regards"
