Half delivered and no resolution

I wrote a negative review for PnP earlier this week and I am doing it again as it seems it is the only way to get a hold of someone. The fridge items from a delivery made on Monday were not delivered, have still not been delivered - the driver promised to return with them but did not, the first call to the call centre resulted in being hung up on and now the phones and emails go unanswered. PLEASE SEND US OUR GROCERIES!!!
