Half baked scones

My husband bought big scones on Saturday afternoon at Sharon park R19.99 prise. To our surprised scones were appetizing when you Look them outside the plastic. But inside they were half baked. Sunday morning they were were smelling bad.i tried to call the numbers from Google to notify the manager but the phoned kept on ringing. Who ever in charge must make sure that he check the scones.its not the first time even the small scones it's like they are baked by unprofessional baker.was so disappointed by that.
