Hairy Stew Special

Contacted the Family Superstore over a month ago and got no response. Bought about 2kg of pork stew 1 day for supper. When I dished it up that evening I found that every single piece of meat was uncleaned and full of hair.

If they weren't prepared to reimburse me for the food, I would have been ok with that, but at least acknowledge that you received my email, i even attached a photo, and at least claim that you would make an effort of improving the quality, but I guess it wasn't that big of a deal to them.

I used to be a regular customer, but haven't been back since. Disgusting food and service to say the least
