Hairs found in pie

<p>I purchased a chicken and Mushroom pie form PNP sunninghill today around 1pm. while eatting, I discovered two hair strangs. I dont know how many i had already eatten. I immediately went back to the Store. the Rude africa woment at the info desk tell me "to just go to the kiosk"- her actualy works. RUDE! I found a manager and explained to him-he advised that he will look into the Batch and investigate. He did offer me a refund, HOWEVER this is not good enough. The quality should be 100% if sold to a customer. i did try logging a complaint on your website- the webiste keeps changing to the online website after i click on my the 'title' setting. then i called the customer care line- the line goes dead- no answer!!! come on PNP, get your act together!</p>
