Hair in pie at Pick n pay

Extremely poor from pick n pay again. Bought a pie from them and as I bit into the pie there was a thick dark hair on the inside. I immediately phoned them to complain and all that the so called customer care manager had to say was he is so sorry and that the fault was at the company they get thie pies from. He will communicate with the bakery and that company and get back to me. Well that still hasnt happened. It is clear pick n pay dont care about their customers. They just want our money and can only say sorry its not their fault. I would stay away from any pick n pya in cape town. As in the last 5 years the service from them has gone from bad to worse.
