Had a terrible service at pick npay from a Lady called kgomotso

Had a terrible service at pick npay dobsonvile went to do a grocery but the cashier overcharged me when I went back to complain a lady by the name of kgomotso treated me like a trash she took her time to assist she shouted at me as if I was the one who was at fault I have never been disrespected like that in my life... In my normal sense I think because the store is situated in a location probably they rob some poot customers maybe hence they were angry
