Had a slip & they refused to refund me

<p>I bought an item of clothing 19days ago which is see through & too big for me. I took the item back to the shop with my slip & they refused to refund me because the tag was not on the clothing. Pick & pay states that yr slip is yr guarantee but it meant nothing today. They even accused me of damaging the item when it has holes in the back because it is made of lace & the lace is holy lace, that it how it is made. They were not prepared to refund me & told me that that was the policy & that the consumer act states the clothing must have a tag on it. </p>
