Growth on Sack of potatoes

Unsatisfied with a sack of potatoes. Last week I sent my son to buy potatoes and I didn't complain thinking okay it's factory fault they'd pick it up. Today I had the same problem, bought a sack and the overgrowth inside and couldn't return them as I'm running an eatery. But I'm honestly NOT fine with losing money.
