Growing issues with PicknPay ASAP

I made an order on PicknPay asap at 15:21 and it was supposed to be delivered at 16:00 - 16:30 today. After paying and everything, it changed the estimation delivery time from that 16:00 to tomorrow at 10a.m. I tried emailing and called numerous times, i got no response - NOTHING. i tried canceling the order and there was no cancel order option. i continued calling their customer service line more than three times, instead i was instructed to leave a message. i did that, and no one got back to me. this is not the first time that this is happening, nor is it the second. i do not know what else to do. Please assist.
