Gross breach of customer service rules

I went to the store 10 minutes before closing. The supervisor closed the tills at 8 PM, refused to let me purchase the alcohol that I had with me, after allowing me (and /- 20 other customers ) into the store to stand in the queue without being able to buy anything. He said that it was \his\" store, that he wouldn't allow it. When we told him that he was representing Pick n Pay, and that it isn't his store, he got more aggressive. He stood quite close to me, yelling at me in the most confrontational manner. He violently grabbed the alcohol out of my hand, even proceeded to say things like 'salute' and 'aweh' in a confrontational tone, because I am considered to be a coloured.
I've NEVER been insulted in this way in any store before. I've been trained in customer service, so I'm confident that he was completely wrong in his actions. He was unprofessional, uncompromising, and ******...and he isn't fit to manage any store, anywhere.
My problem is not with company policy (and this was a first), I've been a loyal customer of this store for a few years. It's with the way he handled the situation. I demand that this person be removed from the store, I do not want to see him there again "
