Groceries never got delivered

I bought groceries from the Pick’n Pay this Morning around 8am. At 8:45 I receive a notification that my groceries have been delivered already. I called the Customer care ASAP! Her Name is Nadine I told her my story and she promised to call me after an hour, she never did. The gentleman I called about 3hours go promised the same thing. I’ve waited the whole day for my groceries and none of your stuff helped me. I want my refund today! Ref ***
