Grievance

I'm a regular customer at Pick n Pay, and I'd like to voice a grievance regarding Mr Donald Ncobo who is apparently a Manager at Pick n Pay South gate Mall. This gentleman always treats me with arrogance every time I interact with him or ask for his service. On Tuesday 21st of Nov 2017, I went to Pick n Pay to buy 1Kg stock spread in Tub and 1Kg Sunlight Baby Washing Powder as they were off by R5.90 and R 8.50 consecutively. I printed the voucher and went to fetch the items. Unfortunately the Sunlight Baby Washing Powder was out of stock. I then spoke to one lady who then made Mr Donald Ncobo aware of the matter. At that time Mr Ncobo was busy on the phone. I decided to go and wait up for him next to his desk/office ( I was facing away from him to give him privacy). Having finished with his telephone conversation he decided to keep quiet and never attended me let alone to let me know that he is finished with his conversation on the phone. I then greeted him and explained the situation that I have the voucher to buy sunlight powder at R8.50 less but it's out of stock and asked if I could get a rain check so that when it's back on the shelves I could come back and get it. He responded with an attitude saying that they don't issue rain check on such instances except when the items were advertised on paper and that I could keep the slip so that when the item is back on stock I could still us the slip. But then I tried to explain to him that as he was not sure as to when this item would be back on the shelf it's possible that I will forfeit this voucher as it was valid only up until the following day which is the 22nd of November. He rep**** by saying I quote " hei wena wa nkutlwa **** kereng" ( Hey you are you hearing what I'm saying) and it really didn't sit well with me as this was not the first time I had encountered this kind of attitude from him. On Friday the 24th I went to Pick n Pay South Gate Mall again . I then took a trolley and put it next to me as I was about to put chicken portions and Mr Ncobo decided to take the trolley away from me without asking me . When I ask him why he takes the trolley away because he can see I'm using it . He said he didn't see. I then asked him why didn't he ask. He rep**** with an attitude who should he have asked when the trolley was clearly next to me. I then kept quiet and continued with my shopping. One instance I tried to ask him about the price of sunlight washing powder which were packed towards the entrance as there was no price tag. He never responded and left me there without saying anything . He just didn't have time for me. I'm really not happy with his service and it would be of great pleasure if this could be addresses.
