Greenstone no go

Good day, I am very disappointed in the Hyper store in Greenstone.

On Saturday the 6th of January we visited the store, as you advertised Amplify's Note X on special for R249. Firstly the lady at the cellular division was rude, did not greet, saying "what" mumble where we can find the headphones. On the second attempt we asked someone from your customer service kiosk, she showed us. Only to found that the store didn't know about the special, and they apparently have no stock. We asked if Eden Terrance will have, they cannot see their stock or have their telephone number.

This is not the first time we had a terrible experience in the shop, however this one questions us, if we will go back.

Please could you 1. Staff, rudeness, unprofessionalism, and this that they are more interested in Facebook then assisting the client, and making sure he, she is okay 2. Stock and communication between head office and stores about specials 3. Customer experience, I doubt that I will ever go back to pick and pay Greenstone.
