Greenfields Pick 'n Pay the worst

I just had the most horrifying experience at Greenfields Pick 'n Pay in East London. This wan't my first bad experience with them... This morning I went there to purchase a 5 pack 2 minute noodles (cheese flavour) and they had nothing in stock. (Probably due to the special ending tomorrow). I was there on Wednesday and there was nothing in stock either. So I tried again this morning (Saterday). After waiting for two people to check the stock room, I asked for a raincheck and the manager said she can't give me one because the supplier might not have stock. A few weeks ago I complained on Pick 'n Pay's website about this particular branch and the bad service I receive from them time and time again. The reply I got via email was an automated "out of office" email that said that the person has retired! It's the closest Pick 'n Pay to my home but I can't stand going there because of the lack of service. They even refused to accept a WiCode (mobile tender) from Snowflake. That's what (one) of the complaints in the contact form I filled in was about. I've been told that they are a "Family" store and not the same as the other "Corporate" stores but they are giving Pick 'n Pay as a whole a very bad name.
