Green cheese, off chicken stay as way from pick n pay towers

Bad experience at pick n pay towers boksburg. Phoned yesterday as I opened a huge block of cheese which was grass green. After my dog got sick from their chicken I purchased there. Alex and dawie were so rude can not refund as I don't keep the slip and it's a perishable item. You wil get extremely sick from this. Either there fridges are not set to the correct temperature or they do not make a plan during loadshedding. Stay away you wil get extremely sick. This is after shopping for 20 years at this shop.
