Greedy staff

Pick n pay marked downs are they for customers or staff members? Because at Pick n pay megamart the staff members takes all the marked downs for themselves. They barely want to share with customers they go as far as knock you down and get all the items. Before even something could be marked it already has owners. This needs to be addressed.
