#GreatBusiness Pick n Pay William Nicol Amazin

#GreatBusiness Pick 'n Pay on Nicol is beyond amazing!!!! Such a spacious store. This store has the best of the best!!! Has the usual grocery products but has a great bakery and fresh flower selection as you walk in. The clothing section is a bit small but has a great selection of clothes. The store is super clean and has a very modern set up. The restaurant offers great coffee and food for a pit stop. Staff are friendly and service is quick. Certainly the best Pick n Pay store! The look and feel of the store makes grocery shopping a pleasant experience. They also stock items that aren't available at other PnP stores in the area. The staff are always helpful and friendly - one feels that they are prepared to do whatever they need to to keep the customer happy. They do, unfortunately, run out of items sometimes and take quite a long time to restock. One of the managers informed me that all restocking is organised by DC now, so that might account for the delay in restocking. Not a good idea, PnP HO! The clothing section used to be much better than it is now, but if you're looking for reasonably priced exercise clothing it's not too bad. The restaurant, Thyme on Nicol, has gone down a bit - that's why the overall qualtiy rating is 4 and not 5. We used to go to the restaurant often as the food was spectacular. Now the food is very average. The wait staff are not the best. And, why, oh why did they get rid of the Vida e Cafe inside the restaurant - it was fantastic to be able to get a take away Vida coffee to sip while doing shopping
