Great Service when you don't expect it

I went to Pick and Pay Lifestyle liquor store. They did not have my brand of red wine. The employee went out to Pick and Pay to fetch the correct wine. While he was away, someone else brought imported beer to the counter and left. The cashier thought that it was mine, and rang it up with my wine, and I didn't even notice until she called me back to take the beer. The same employee who fetched my wine, now took charge and helped me to get my money back from customer service. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by his excellent service.
