Great Service Rendered

I would like to thank PNP at Birch Leigh North for their wonderful services. I was there on 7th July to do my grocery shopping and couldn't most of my products that were at the major promotional price. A lady named Lucia assisted me with regards to doing a rain cheque, she first asked me for my details to update me if the stock will be available since the promotion hasn't ended, and as it did ( like a day before) she called me and asked me to come and fill in a rain cheque form and said that I should come back with it and take the product id there was stock, another great amazing thing is she called me again and advised on the availability of the product stock. I forgot to tell her that I wouldn't come right at that moment as I didn't have transport, and the line didn't go through when I called back. Then I wrote to the store and she called me back assuring me that it's a 30-day validity for the cheque. This was such a relief for me because there is a PNP nearby my workplace that did not deliver that service for me and the fact that it would've been convenient for me not to travel all the way to a place where the service is so great really quite disappointing. The Manager of the store also called to check if everything was fine and if I have been assisted ( Thank you for that). And now I don't mind taking the long route. You have a happy customer that will always come to your store and support you. oh, and your staff are very friendly as well.
