Great Service - PnP Plettenberg Bay

Today, 01 Novemebr. The packer at the till mistakenly forgot to put a six pack of UHT milk in my trolley and I only realised this when I got to work (I'm a chef at an establishment and do a lot of shopping at PnP). I called PnP and spoke with Lez, who advised me that they had identified the mistake and set the milk aside for me. I was busy prepping for lunch and asked if they could deliver. Lez advised that they do not have drivers today as it is a public holiday, but Lez went out of his way and delivered the milk to me himself and within 20 minutes. I didn't expect this kind of great service, so well done to Lez and PnP Plettenberg Bay.
