Great Service - PnP Newtown

Hi

On the 4th of Aug I called your store for assistance before coming in. I spoke to Anna , she was polite and even took my number to let me know when I could come in, its usually come in at certain time for example. Later Anna called back, I was appreciative of that and not expecting it. When I went to the store everything was sorted out and Patricia (the teller that assisted me, Im sure that was her name) was pleasant as well. Patricia also went out of her way to assist me. They are definitely great staff and Im impressed.

Your other stores, like trade route can definitely learn from Anna and Patricia what customer service is all about. The experience at trade route was completely the opposite. I'd frequent your store just because of them. They know how to treat people.
