Great service, patience and care!

Later this afternoon I went to PnP Cradlestone, after not much sleep and being very scatter brained I misplaced my bank card at the check out.

Thabo Pule was the cashier who assisted me. Needless to say I panicked as I had used my card at the store I purchased from just before this. Thabo was incredibly kind and patient in helping me look for the card which was no where to be found. Eventually I used another card and as I started to walk away the card dropped from within the folds of my clothing. I cannot thank him enough for his calm helpful manner and professionalism! He was difference between me being slightly concerned instead of frantic!

In fact every staff member (from the bakery, deli to the packers and cashiers) that I deal with is warm, helpful and professional. It would be appreciated if this could be brought to the branch manager's attention as the staff at Cradlestone PnP are incredible - THANK YOU KINDLY!

ps. Their milk tart is the best on the West Rand :D
