Great service from Remola

Good day, This is to Pnp ottery. Please share this with the Pnp ottery staff. Remola is absolutely a Star assisting me with a repair query. If everyone takes the stance and level of customer service the way she handled my query Pnp will topple all of the other retail orgs with ease. I've worked for Pnp for about 5 years and I remember the good old days of Mr Raymond Ackerman where a key focus was customer service. I felt that same super customer experience at the store with Remola. Please share this with her, the staff and management as I frequent the shop on a regular and will ask her if the news reached her staff.
