Great service from Natalie at Pick n Pay Centre Point Milnerton

I purchased a bottle of Omo Laundry Liquid at the Waterfront Pick n Pay. When I arrived home I found the bottle cap had not been tightened and the liquid had leaked all over my other groceries and my car. It took ages to clean. I sent a complaint to Pick N Pay Customer Service. They offered me a replacement and I was treated with great respect and friendliness by Natalie at Pick n Pay Milnerton where i went to get the replacement. Well don and thank you, Pick n Pay!
