GREAT SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT

<p>I just want to take the time to thank management at Pick n Pay for the fast responce on my complain. At first I was very upset with the service from staff and did not wanted to go there again. BUT after a call from management I will defenately shop at your Pick n Pay again. Management really went out of their way solving the problem, and yes the lady did put a smile on my face being very friendly over the phone. And as I explained it is not everyone, I must admit that the ladies at the top tills, thank you!! You always smile and even the ladies packing the bags, thank you for always laughing with me when i am having one of my silly days</p> <p> </p> <p>Again thanks a lot to management! You will defenately see me shopping there every weekend</p>
