Mam Betty and Mam Cathy at Pick n Pay Ferndale On Republic , are absolute superstars. Every time I visit, these two ladies go out of their way to help customers with kindness, patience and professionalism. They truly make people feel welcomed and valued.

I recently needed assistance with a cash withdrawal process at the ATM and although it was taking some time, Mam Betty stepped in with a smile, reassured me to be patient, and assisted me with such a positive attitude. Her customer service was exceptional and made a stressful situation much easier.

I do think some of the younger staff members could learn a lot from the work ethic and customer care shown by Mam Betty and Mam Cathy, especially Sandra who was placed at the lottery till. Customers notice when staff genuinely care, and these two ladies definitely do. Overall, praises from my side and thank you to the team members who continue to work hard and keep customers happy.
