Great service by Pick n Pay Hypermarket Ottery

I recently bought a washing machine at Pick n Pay Hypermarket Ottery, western Cape. I was served by as gentleman by the name of Terrence Kiewits. This guy help me too my car and loaded the washing machine for me. What a guy! Unfortunately the washing machine was faulty and they told me I can bring it back for a replacement. Again Terrence helped me, sorted me out with a new washing machine and again, took it outside and loaded it for me. Great service! Thanks Terrence and Pick n Pay Hypermarket Ottery! Percy Martin
